A New Age

Well, I've become one of the tech savvy, unwashed masses on FaceBook. I succumbed to peer pressure earlier this week and took the dive. Photos, profile, the whole nine yards. It'll be interesting to see who pops up on me in the future. People from back home in Detroit, people from school days, old girlfriends? I've always said I have a hard enough time keeping current with my blog, how on earth will I be able to keep up with an ever changing FaceBook crowd. One benefit pointed out to me by my wife was the ability to keep tabs on my teenage son. We review his text messages from time to time, and I'll tell you this; teenage girls today use some very nasty language. I'm happy to report our son doesn't drop to that level when returning messages. I'll have this FaceBook stuff figured out soon enough. Until then, feel free to send your friend requests. All I can do is say NO!
